A $75 deposit is required at the time of registration. You will receive email or telephone confirmation when your completed form and deposit check have been received. If you register by phone, that conversation will be considered your confirmation. Because of limited space, beds cannot be held without deposit. The balance of your fee is due upon arrival. Please be sure to review the Cancellation Policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Substitutions and cancellations may be made by calling 1-815-899-8903 at least 30 days prior to reservation date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or guest. Between 29 and 6 days of a reservation date guests are responsible for half fee, no refunds will be made but deposits may be deferred to another guest who is attending in your place. No refunds will be made 5 days before the reservation date for any reason. Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to The Paper Doll House for the full fee.

Disclaimer: Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the hostess from completing a reservation, liability to The Paper Doll House shall be only for the return of the weekend fee. The Paper Doll House will not be responsible for any additional consequential losses or fees. Should this unfortunate event occur, every effort will be made to reschedule.
