Cancellation Policy
Substitutions and cancellations may be made by calling 1-815-899-8903 at least 15 business days prior to reservation date. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another date or guest. If other fees have been paid, they will be refunded until 15 business days prior to the reservation date, minus a $25. cancellation fee. Between 15 and 6 business days of a reservation date, no refunds will be made but deposits may be deferred to another guest or moved to another date. No refunds will be made 5 business days before the reservation date for any reason. Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to The Memorybook Studio for the full fee. Substitutions may be made at any time with notification.
