Registration

The Paper Doll House is available most weekends each month. Come by yourself, with a friend or bring a group of 15 and have the place to yourselves. The weekend fee of $299.00, plus taxes per guest covers everything! Saturday day crops only are $80.

To register, print and complete the registration form and mail to the address below. Please be sure to include deposit checks for $75.00 payable to The Memorybook Studio

A $75 deposit is required at the time of registration. You will receive email or telephone confirmation when your completed form and deposit check have been received. Because of limited space, beds cannot be held without deposit. The balance of your fee is due upon arrival. Please be sure to review the Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy: Substitutions and cancellations may be made by calling (815) 899-8903 15 business days prior to reservation date. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another date or guest. If other fees have been paid, they will be refunded until 15 business days prior to the reservation date, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Between 15 and 6 business days of a reservation date, no refunds will be made but payments may be deferred to another guest or moved to another date. No refunds will be made 5 business days before the reservation date for any reason. registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to The Memorybook Studio for the full fee. Substitutions may be made at any time with notification.

Disclaimer: Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the hostess from completing a reservation, liability to The Memorybook Studio shall be only for the return of the weekend fee. The Memorybook Studio will not be responsible for any additional consequential losses or fees. Should this unfortunate event occur, every effort will be made to reschedule. Please note that weekends need a minimum of 4 guests to run. This includes multiple parties combined to meet the minimum. Call Marykim for details (815) 899-8903
