We hope you're just as excited about our new home as we are! These are some of our favorite features of our beautiful new location.
First, notice the private drive that sweeps up to the porte-cochere, evoking visions of by-gone carriages arriving with starched but gracious guests. Windows, including the unique Palladian windows, today gaze on less formal, more relaxed visitors. The windows remain the same - crowned with jeweled stained and leaded glass. |

Rough hewn stone combines with shingles and siding to provide an eye-catching backdrop to the exposed timbers with brackets. A cylindrical turret tops the second floor loggia. Below, the arches of the portico extend to the massive oak door, with its intricate design of beveled, leaded glass. |
The spectacular open staircase affords an outstanding example of the richness of the Oak, Mahogony and Sarcaison Walnut found throughout the home. |
|
The bold circular staircase leads to a round balustrade railing surmounting an opening to the reception hall below. |
Original iridescence glass chandeliers and wall sconces highlight the rich walnut of the coffer ceiling. |
|
The grace of the inverted wedding cake chandelier offsets the Dining Room’s built-in carved oak buffet and matching fireplace. |
|
The sunny parlor features one of the six fireplaces of the home, enhanced by the elegance of an elaborately carved mantelpiece.
